2022 – the year of reunions

This year brought the joy of spending time together in team building. The Netex departments met, giving colleagues the opportunity to get to know each other and create beautiful memories.
The term team building derives from the word “team.” It brings people together by encouraging collaboration and teamwork. Its purpose is to create a team that works together effectively for a common goal by forming bonds and connections. A united team ensures productivity and a good work environment. A successful team building involves the participants in a world of play, development, and getting to know the person next to you.
Activities such as rafting, paintball, biking, pottery, escape room, and archery represented exercises through which each of us was taken out of our comfort zone and learned something new about ourselves, but also how vital communication and trust in your teammate are. We are eagerly waiting for the next session of team buildings!
UnlockUSA – SIBB Delegation to the East Coast

Currently, the USA represents an excellent opportunity for investors to develop and expand their businesses. Netex participated in a delegation organized by SIBB Berlin to the USA together with 17 other companies from Germany. The main aims of the mission were to build business networks and search for partners for future expansion or investments.
Andreea Kremm presented the services that Netex offers to future partners.
The delegation visited Washington, Virginia, Fairfax, Philadelphia, and New York. Netex decided to expand to the USA and will open an office in Philadelphia. We already have two new customers from the USA and are looking forward to onboarding many more. Our new US-sales team will be responsible for handling this new business branch @ Netex.
2022 and the emotions of a fresh start

The year 2022 has come with the emotions of a fresh start. In February and March, we set up two offices – in Oradea (Romania) and in Kragujevac (Serbia). Every office we open brings with it emotions and a lot of work, involvement from our colleagues. It’s not easy, but when you get to the point where you look back at what you’ve accomplished and you see the team that has come together because of your work, you feel satisfied.
On this occasion, we would like to thank our colleagues for their efforts and wish them every success in their careers with Netex.
22 years and over 700 changed destinies

Some time ago we said that the first 20 years were the hardest. The truth is that once you reach the limit of 20, you start flying smoother. Everything is simpler, because you have a vast experience behind you and a ready-formed team.
Netex turned 22 on Wednesday, January 26th. We celebrated 2 years of age (the European at 18 and the American at 21) and 1 bonus year. This last year was a culmination of hard work, of team effort.
During all this time, more than 700 people have joined us in their desire to grow professionally and learn new things. For each of them we tried to create a climate conducive to professional development, because here we learn from each other, laugh and grow together.
Thank you all for the 22 years, to which we wish to be able to add at least that much more! Happy Birthday, Netex people!
Celebrating the colleagues who are part of the team for 10 and 15 years

From the beginning of the year until now, we have organized a small event in the offices from Timisoara, Sibiu, Cluj and Resita. The purpose of this event was celebrating the colleagues that are part of Netex team for 10 and 15 years. They told us how it was their first day in our company and shared with us their professional evolution during this time.

Certification ISO/IEC 27001:2013

Netex Group has reached a new goal this year: the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification.
This is the most important international standard based on security information, published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in cooperation with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
This certification is a guarantee for our customers that all information is managed to the highest standards.
Netex celebrates 21 years of activity

January represents for all of us a new beginning. It is the month we establish the objectives for the entire year. But, for Netex Group, January represents a reason to celebrate.
This year, our company turns 21 years of existence. 21 years in which each employee showed ambition, dedication, a lot of work and last but not least continuous professional growth. There were 21 beautiful years in which we grew and we managed to overcome together all the critical moments.
And we will not stop here. We have a lot of plans for the future so… we are confident that we will reach our goals.
Recertification ISO 9001:2015

Netex has renewed the ISO Certification in 2020. The audit was held entirely online due to pandemic conditions and the result was successful. Thank you all for your involvement and hard work.

A saying goes that the first 20 years of business are the hardest … Is that so?
The year 2020 is a special one for the Netex Group. Wondering why? Well, 20 years ago, in Resita, Netex was founded and started its activity with only 3 employees. Today, after 2 decades, more than 600 colleagues joined forces with the first 3. They are working in 23 offices from Romania, Ukraine, Serbia, Moldova, Bosnia, Belarus, and Georgia.
Looking back, the first 20 years are really the hardest… but without them, how would we have become what we are today?

Netex has renewed the ISO Certification on 2018. We had a follow up audit in October 2019 with successful result.
Management Meeting

In the first two days of June 2019, the Management team gathered in Brebu Nou for the annual meeting. With this occasion, they reinforced the company`s mission and values and continued with the plan for the following three months. The next day, before departure, they were involved in some team building activities and strengthened their bond.
Ripensia Cup – DWC

After our internal mini Tournament, we selected our best soccer team to represent us at the Ripensia Cup organized by DWC, in the Banat area. We want to thank our colleagues that participated in this Tournament as players or as fans!
Netex Soccer Championship continues

On the 4th and 11th of May 2019, the next 2 games were planned. On the first weekend, the team from Timisoara played together with the team from Novi Sad. The following weekend, the team from Timisoara played with the team from Sibiu. Congratulations to all our colleagues who supported our Soccer Championship and also to their fans.
Netex Soccer Championship has started!

On the 6th April 2019, the first soccer game from the Netex Championship was held in a covered field from Resita. The colleagues from Timisoara traveled to Resita to start the tournament. In the following weeks, the teams from other offices are planned to play.
E-commerce Berlin Expo 2017

Global customer service Netex took part in the world-famous E-Commerce Expo in Berlin, which gathers the most important international representatives in the field of electronic and on-line operations, as well as other related fields and disciplines.
Every year, the E-commerce Expo generates an increasing amount of interest among the exhibitors as well as visitors, primarily due to the growing market presence and share of e-commerce in modern business. This is exactly why it was a great opportunity for our company to present its achievements and future aspirations.
All the attendees had an opportunity to become acquainted with a wide variety of services in the sphere of e-commerce business that Netex successfully performs in the international market, with emphasis on global customer care services, IT solutions, logistics, marketing mix as a support to the final customer, as well as all the related disciplines that we apply in our business system.

The company`s policy as far as operating systems are concerned undergoes radical changes: the company starts using Linux.This was a major change within the company and it was due to the clear advantages this system has demonstrated over the years: it’s free and has almost no risk of virus generated computer crashes.
