We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to ensure the conformity of our Quality Management System (QMS) with international standards. As a QMR, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the QMS processes. The ideal candidate should have a college degree, knowledge of MS/Word ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 27001
Required Skills
- Education: College degree.
- Proficiency in MS/WORD, Libre Office
- Language(s): English/German (read/write/speak) advanced depending on the case
- In-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and its requirements
Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) adhered to by the company.
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and report the findings to the CEO.
- Stay up to date with the latest updates and novelties regarding ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 related to the QMS.
- Manage incident response and lead improvement initiatives to enhance the QMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QMS processes are aligned with international standards.
- Identify areas for improvement within the QMS and propose and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on QMS processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze QMS performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on the status of the QMS to the CEO and other stakeholders.
- Follow professional and disciplinary orders received from hierarchical superiors.
- Meet assigned deadlines and ensure the QMS operates within established norms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address feedback, concerns, and improvement suggestions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the QMS and its performance.
